I am going to be burst 10k casts at lobs and was hoping to get battle robes, but the time/ cost of working for a pair and the street price is too high for me. SO, would it be better for me to buy ahrims and go or buy a battle robe set for around 15m? [hide]99 Strength 99 Fletching 99 Range 99 Hitpoints 99 Attack99 Dungeoneering <3 99 Magic 99 Smithing 99 Herblore 99 ThevingSlayer Drops: 14 whips, 22 D boots, 27 Granite Mauls, 42 Effigies, 5 Dark Bows. What would be cool is if Drakan and his minions kill all the sig heroes in the quest except Raptor who is wrecking. You and him team up and cave in some vampyre heads. geesch Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 I would do battle robes. The cost saving ability of the robes is huge. I got the hood and top all on the ge, and then bought the bottom for 6.5m (a really good deal considering it was selling for 8m that day...). I ended up getting rid of all the junk with no loss at all. Meaning: I just got the set of robes for less than 1m and will save copious amounts of money bursting or barraging. If you dont know how to junk trade, or dont like it, then try leaving an offer in the ge while you go play fog. I personally find it fun, especially if you rush with claws and ancients. It takes some time, but youll save some money while having fun. It will probably take 10+ hours of fog to get the full set. If you make more than 1.5m an hour, then dont bother with fog and just pay the street price. It will be more profitable that way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
