May 6, 201016 yr Currently I am level 65 magic and I want to raise it to 70 using High Alchemy. Does anybody have a suggestion on what do alc so that I don't lose any money? Thanks! Click here for my Firemaking guide!
May 6, 201016 yr If you do not want to make a lose you do not alch. Unless you have made the items to be alched yourself and are not one of these weird ppl hu r like I paid 500gp for supplies, made a bow tht sells for 2k gp and alched it for 1k gp so I lost 1k even though I never had that money as I only spent 500gp; in which case you'll never alch and not make a "lose" Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
May 6, 201016 yr To what I know its almost impossible to alch without a loss, and I dont know any good items, but you can do other things while alching to minimise losses/profit. 1. Have a magpie familiar, it will forage gems which means free cash, its not much, but if you can find a good item to alch you'll lose barely anything2. Do farming runs <--- unless you really hate farming do this every 1 and half hours or so3. Alch and telegrab zammy wines - just go to the chaos temple, zammy wines sell 3k each and you'll probably alch about 5-6 times in between each telegrab so you can do the the math Or you can do two/all of the above to hopefully make a profit while alching
May 6, 201016 yr Each Magpie averages 50k cash, so one hour is 100k cash. ~It's Super Effective! (The Zaaps Blog)~My YouTube Channel, where you get to watch me go around and make a fool out of myself and all comp capersGuides:~Yeah I wrote them once~Suggestions:~Yeah I made those once~
May 6, 201016 yr It isn't anymore, but it's very low loss. Remember that magic is not something you'll be making profit from, best you can do is either cut as much loss as you can. Just look around the items on GE and compare them to the alch prices. There are items such as rune chains, rune helms that people would often be selling rather than alching. Just leave the offers up for such items even if you don't get them immediately!
May 6, 201016 yr I make a profit from air battlestaves. Its only like 10gp each, but its still a profit. I buy both the nats and the staves. Edit: Maybe not right now, it looks like nats went up a little bit. But its still only a few gp loss each one.
May 6, 201016 yr Author Looks like I will be using air battlestaves with a magpie. Thanks for your help everybody! Click here for my Firemaking guide!
