I_am_Geed
Most people do that by getting a high leveled friend and more or less leeching from them
Nifflin
The thing is, dungoneering is a new skill. There are going to be more releases for it. So the very best thing to do would be to wait to train it until it is more finished, perhaps with better training methods. That kept in mind just doing five man long dungeons on the best complexity and prestige you can gets the fastest exp. Don't use penguin points on it as the rewards are tacked to the exp gained in the game itself so penguin points wouldn't contribute to actually gaining any of the rewards. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying. SirIzenhime
^not sure he really read the question... Anyways, as long as you have good non combat skills, you might actually find it easy to pair up with something, your low level will make the monsters weaker for them, and your skills will help them since you could make them good armour and potions. There's always the option of going to the "free for all" barrier, it's a bit risky though, you never know what kind of people you'll get paired with.
