green dragons

Featured Replies

I was fighting the green dragon per Slayer task and this ghost comes out and throws something at me. It made me stop fighting the dragon and no matter how hard I hit the ghost it still would not die. How do I get it to leave me alone??

I'm going to assume you were in the wilderness, killing green dragons for a slayer task, and a revenant came and killed you with mage/range?

What the hell...

Stop acting like a rude piece of garbage, the OP is obviously asking for help in the freaking HELP AND ADVICE section of the forums.

OP, those are revenants, they are very strong for their level so it is best to just run away until the revenant has passed or hop worlds. There is nothing you can do about them, they WILL attack you if your level is in their range and you are in the wild.

Indeed, they are why the wilderness is a dangerous place. Unless prepared to fight them, they can be a struggle for anybody.

Also, a tip as a mod, can i suggest posting without the coloured font and extra size? It makes reading your post easier on the different coloured themes we have here on the forums.

He worded it badly and abused font size and color, and I was clarifying his confusing question.

OP, if you want, you can use a forinthry bracelet for if a rev teleblocks you, otherwise just teleport away.

Don't use big purple letters. People won't take you seriously.

What you ran into was a revenant, designed to be a replacement and sort of doppelganger for player killers from the old wilderness. They're especially powerful monsters using all forms of combat, able to teleblock and immobilize, and will eat to heal themselves when they take damage. (Just like a player killer but dumber, really.)

If you want to fight one, do like you would fight another player. The easier way is just to run fast and teleport if you can. It helps a lot to use dragonhide armor so that you're not as easily tele blocked. Since green dragons are in relatively low level wilderness, just teleport on sight of a revenant your level.

Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.
