Do I have to wait 1 week after doing the minigame or 1 week after claiming my 3x charm reward?

I think it is one week after claiming the reward. I did the D&D 8 days ago and wasn't able to do it again just now (claimed rewards 2 days ago).

No that's not right.

 

Last saturday I did the minigame and claimed the reward today and after my 40 mins at Waterfiends was up I did the minigame again and went back to Waterfiends.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you went to find out active obelisk location and they said there isnt one so you assume no obelisk = I can't play it yet.

 

When i reality throughout the entire game, regardless of whether you can get in or not there's there is only 1 obelisk active for 20 minutes in every 2 hours.
