May 27, 201016 yr The KB says the Chaotic staffs magic damage bonus is 15%, but I just checked the info on the staff at RSWiki, and there's a picture that shows the damage being 20% instead of 15%. Of course it can be faked, but if we assume it is correct, do you think it could be worth getting at some point if you dont care about saving runes or the SOL spec? EDIT: And if anyone has the staff, could they confirm whether this is true or not?

May 28, 201016 yr It has no reqs according to wiki so pures might use it.Arcane stream and that would be about 500 for ice barrage.I believe thats what you call a ko weapon.It would definitely be worth it if you could cast miasmic but I see no mention of that.
