I have level 66 mining. I can use teles if needed. Fastest method to 70 needed.

The fastest way would be to powermine iron. If you'd rather keep the ores, iron at the varrock east mine with varrock teleports is probably the best way to go. An alternative would be to use the rimmington mine and cabbage teleport so you can use the deposit box on the port sarim dock.

In F2P I would actually bank my ores, since they sell for ~270gp each and make tons of money in a short time.

I agree here. I'd go as far as to say you must have this ring if you play Runescape and are not planning on being a 1 def, 1 pray pure. Free unlimited teleports, 150% free instant energy restores, some low-alchs, +1 pray and mage bonus, free to replace: what's not to love?
