OK so I'm going to solo bandos, but need to know what setup I should use. I can either use obby shield and dclaws, rune defender and dclaws, or dfs and no special weapon because I can't get ee. The reason for this is because I am using a cls and want to protect it if I die.

Quick question: do you lag alot or something? Looking at your stats, there should be little to no risk of you dying at bandos. Hell, I've done bandos in prosly and a fally shield 3, super sets, haven't come close to dying (solo).

 

What's your budget, too?

 

Claws are only good if you've filled out everything else, otherwise dds does ok. Setup if money isn't an issue: Sw cape/fire cape, v helm, karil's top/bcp, tassies, fury, d boots, ring of life/zerker, cls, dfs/ely/divine/dung shield. Invent is like zammy dhide top for kc, dds, 2-4 overloads, super prayer for emergencies (If you run out alot), rest brews and restores (5:2 or 3:1 brews/restores is a good idea).

My budget is 500m, but I'm sure as hell not risking my cost theft even if there is no chance of dieing. Also with ovls I tend to keep my hp at around 600 instead of max so there is a much higher chance of dieing.

Claws and obby shield no question. Read the thread a few topics under yours about shield v defender. Soloing defender sucks. The claws will make up for the defence lost from dfs> obby shield as you'll get faster kills so less damage taken. Also you can claw if a crasher comes, which is unlikey cus your 138 with ovls and CLS lol.

Why not go all out and just take the risk? With your stats, overloads, and that gear, I can't imagine that you'll die. If you keep track of when your overload is about to end, you can keep your LP up for the most part.

I'd say obby shield + claws

I would use that setup with no special weapon, although EE would be much preferred.

That you would, perhaps, but it's still risky, at least 5+ million. Then again, you could make that in like 2 hours of solo Bandos.

Agreed. No need to keep your LP that low during the kill, time your overloads. You lose about 33% kils per trip if you don't time them anyway...

Well, that's all luck. You could've easily been KO'd with your stats and that gear.

Not to mention lagging out. I've died at bandos like that before, and certainly don't plan to risk my CLS for now.
