Ok, uses for void: Any non-slayer meele/range combat versus weak monsters ie. armored zombies, aviansies, chinning monkeys basically most powertraining combat. When you have high defense it can be used for combat versus boss monsters. It is essential for places where you need to change attack style ie hybriding or tormented demons. It can be replaced in any single situation but because it is best for so many it is worth it if you plan on doing any others in the near future. I'm not gonna cry poor because i've got no reflexes, that's just a force of habit (A rather annoying one, though, which is why I stay away from Jad and TDS.) i_D_r Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 The only place non-bosses worth maging is ice wyrms. Even that's debatable if you depend entirely on non-SOL drops imo. Anyways, don't worry about maging. I have 20m experience from doing who knows what, and I've never maged Rex either. Although, I would recommend that if you really wanna train up mage in an effective and profitable manner. EDIT: oh and if you don't see yourself using void anywhere don't get it. My biggest concerns now is what to spend money on (that will benefit me combat wise) that will get my stats up so i can close in on bossing sooner. Also, a few more answers on whether or not to use chaos tunnels at about 80 melees would be appreciated. Drops: Black Mask.Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff. zotto Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 I was blitzing hell hounds in kuradal dungeon yesterday as a task. You can all calculate the profit I made I think. A few people stopped and questioned me a bit. I guess you don't see people wasting money pointlessly that often in that dungeon. The task went pretty fast though. I had fun.
