Is there any way to get battle robes to 0 charge, without using them all?

I think you can talk to the rewards guy and ask him to degrade your items, not sure if it costs anything though.

Reggie is the Fist of Guthix Rewards shopkeeper. Players can exchange tokens they earn in the minigame for special items from the Fist of Guthix group. The items Reggie sells are purchasable only with Fist of Guthix tokens.
