How long will it take flipping, and is it normal to make about 1m a day flipping with 100m or should I be making more.

I make 3% easy... I would say you should be making more.

I put like offers for 5 things in the morning but usually only end up buying 1 or two of them. I pay like below med, and then sell at med. Should I be doing something different?

You should be selling for slightly above medium. Also try different items if you aren't getting them bought/sold, and make sure you aren't exceeding your trade limits for certain items.
