Or maybe the text is just unclear in saying you head to the chest but any doors between the entrance and chest *can* spawn the 6th brother. "keep opening until you get the 6th brother" is incorrect because you jsut head to the chest, if the brother spawns on the way so be it if not the chest will spawn it.Therefore you do not need to, nor should you, "keep opening" until he spawns. Resulted in alot of standing in dungeon opening door for 5 mintues just to spawn the bloody thing, that is when their map pic dates from.
