gravite weapons

it's any of the weapons worth the tokens(and inevitable recharge fees)? i don't do much pking, i mainly train and have fun in duel arena, clan wars and fist of guthix.

i'm mainly deciding between rapier and longsword, and if i should get the staff. At the moment i'm not thinking about getting the shortbow or the 2h.

rapier is better then longsword and if you do decide to get a ranging one get the longbow sight and put it on a maple longbow it is less tokens then gravite short you don't have to charge it and it is better.

Rapier is almost the same as scim, def not worth buying. Only weps worth getting are 2h and sight, but since OP doesn't pk those are useless. So get coal/gem bag or smth?

evil, so you say that i should not buy any weapon and just keep oing combat with my scimitar? i know the other rewards and if i'll buy them or not, just want to know if any weapon is worth to maintain with gp and tokens, or if thats just a complete waste of time.

I don't think any of the gravite weps are significantly better then rune to be worth the cost of training with. I'd stick with scim for now, at least until batch 2.

For F2p, I'd get the Longbow sight, Arcane Blast, Coal bag, tome of frost, and the 2h (if you pk) Maybe even the gem bag for those lucky mining trips where you get a lot of gems.

Get gravite 2h even if you dont pk, becuz im sure you will want to sometime.

If you're a member, it's obvious. Don't buy any gravite weapons. You will outgrow them.

 

As a free player it can be a bit murkier, but still pretty obvious. Don't buy any gravite weapons. Top end ftp is not the same as top end members, the tiny stat difference won't matter and the charges will seem alot more expensive with your limited moneymaking abilities. Also, the other items available to you are alot better.
