June 12, 201016 yr I know it's effective for duo tribriding, but is it any good for solo tribriding or are all the cballs wasted on the spinys?
June 12, 201016 yr Man I was going to try it yesterday, but decided against it because I was too lazy. I just think that it would end up getting supreme on you a lot when you're maging, unless you went to a world where the spawns were slower, in which case you end up waiting between kills. Don't know if the extra prime kills would make up for that.
June 12, 201016 yr I used a cannon solo tribing yesterday, hated it. You run out of cannon balls really quickly, and it only really speeds up prime killing (very fast with karils + 2x cannon hits).
June 12, 201016 yr I'm pretty sure a cannon set up fairly close to the west side will hit rex while you're maging, to give an idea of range. I guess running out of balls would be an issue. They get used up fast on spinos.

Probably 50-60. Cannon does hit sometimes on supreme, and rarely on rex. I'd take ice barrage for rex, so you don't have to tank him. Or you could just go in a really low pop world (there weren't any when I was trying it)
June 12, 201016 yr I'm not sure if you've seen this video, but this is definitely relevant to what you're asking. Wastes alot of cannonballs on the spinos, but considerably speeds up prime kills: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjoAPLhCS4Q 99 Hits, Attack, Strength, Defence, Mage, Summoning, Slayer, Ranged, 96/99 Prayer

And couldnt you set it up in the corner you generally range prime from, and not get supreme mabey (for soloing)? DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers ringsQBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow partsCR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size....It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).
June 12, 201016 yr Author I just did a trip and got 80 kills in 1 hour, that's without using my CLS and with me being very inexperienced. I didn't let cannon run when I was killing rex because I don't want to get supreme on my, but with this method I bet you can reach upwards of 90 kills per hour.

June 12, 201016 yr Author About 2k, so around 100 cballs per prime, so around 35k per prime kill, although with proper timing you can probably get prime to spawn on top of cannon making you use less cballs.
