Additional Fairy Rings

Featured Replies

Since Fairy Tale 3 is out now, and not all the fairy codes are used up, I was thinking it would be nice if a few of those codes were made to use additional fairy rings to reach some of the more obscure places faster.

This is one location I would particularly like to see put in place:

Very Nice Idea

I do think its a good idea because jagex likes helping farmers

If I can have a fairy ring in the garden of my house, I will be very happy.

I agree. Maybe throw this into that house update Jagex is planning.

What would be the point because there is already a spell that teleports you straight to your house

You forget using it in the other direction.

Just like how Trollheim Teleport and Ectophial are quicker ways to get to a summoning obelisk, yet there is one in our house?

The whole purpose is functionality. It's simply a whole lot easier to visit your altar, obelisk, and then fairy ring away than go to your house, teleport to Trollhiem, then Slayer Ring to a Fairy Ring.

If there was a fairy ring put up near that patch, I'll actually use the thing. Cause right now I ignore it because I don't want to go to the trouble of getting to it/keep forgetting about it.

you dont use trollheim patch? urdoinitrong.

I'd like one in my house, and a few others. (LRC, some in the wild, burgh de rott)

Trollheim seems a little OP though.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

CR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size.
...
It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

I always thought they were placed in locations which allowed for many different uses for a single ring. It seems stupid to just pop one down at every farming location.

Dungeoneering isn't a skill.

I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden.

My keyboard is on fire. Want some?

We don't want them at all of them. That's the only patch I find annoying to get to and there's only a couple I use on a regular basis anyway. (Using low-level seeds I don't really care too terribly much about so it won't be a tragedy if something dies. Annoying, yes. FML-worthy, no. I save those seeds for when I get a large enough block of time to keep a relatively close eye on them while doing something else between checking for disease/replanting limps.)

...That just went into more detail than intended. Ah well.
