Main questions are if anyone has expeience with these,

 

Good set ups (not to important, already have ahrims/armadyl) mainly sheild for magic, book or bss?

 

Range - ammo/weapon both inside+ outside dungion, mith knives everythere? Broads?

 

Magic - spell/weapon, again inside and outside the dungion, and weapon sol everywhere?

 

Any tasks that are barrageable/chinable?

 

I don't wish to cannon, hate them, and cost isnt to much of an issue, dont mind praying (previously been pietying everything for example), just dont take the cost thing to far, long way from an eyl etc :P

You'll want to use a shield because you don't have 92+ prayer. Fire surge is the best spell to use. Nechs can be chinned/barraged (check Bladewing's guide for specific strategy).

As for setups, I like to use a SW or Ardougne cape for mage-slaying if I know I'm going to be using a lot of prayer. I actually never use my god cape. An EE is great for healing since you don't have 92 prayer.

 

You should use broad bolts outside of Kuradal's dungeon and higher tier knives or darts inside of the dungeon. Don't be afraid to switch out your accumulator for a SW cape if you're to be using protection prayers. Broad bolts are very cheap.

 

Mage-slaying is a LOT better with a wolpertinger and scrolls, so try to get 92 summoning as quickly as possible. I think I saw last night that you have a pretty high herblore level, so bring extreme magic pots to all of your tasks and use berserker prayer to make them last longer.

 

Don't bother with magic accuracy boosting prayers. Magic is extremely accurate on nearly all slayer monsters and it'd be a waste of prayer potions.

 

Dark beasts, waterfiends, and spirit mages cannot be maged effectively, so don't try it. Waterfiends can be safe-spotted in the ancient caverns using ranged, but it's really slow. I'll get you a picture of the safespots in a minute. I've never tried maging wyverns, but feel free to test it out and see what happens.

 

Using a wolpertinger, SoL, and full slayer helm, I can hit above 500 on all tasks inside Kuradal's dungeon using fire surge, and almost 500 on all tasks outside of it.

 

Other posters may disagree with this, but I recommend cancelling tasks in search of ice wyrms, which are epic magic experience.

Stackable scrolls ? More place for pray pots, very usefull on ice wyrms where u must pray, almost all the time.

Definitely. Like the poster above said, wolper scrolls are stackable. They're also a lot cheaper.

I was getting more at the amount they boosted, never thought about the stack-able thing :P

All demons are weak to magic

so it's a good idea to fire surge tasks like abyssal demons

 

nechyraels are chinnable

aberrant spectres are cannonable for profit

 

greater demons + hellies + gargoyles in kuradal's dungeon can be ranged reasonably with rune darts

 

other than that I can't think of any other places I'd use ranged.

 

I use this, except i use Arcane Stream Necklace, for slaying. The shield you can switch out for Mage's Book/Unholy book/Tome of Water if you need more offense/prayer/money saving. If i need prayer i wear my SW cape.

 

For ranging I used the normal ranger gear (boots, snakeskin if cheap, ring etc.) and if i had the money Arma Body and Legs, if no then Black D'hide or if you like Karils.

 

Also don't forget about the Dag Kings. Might not be fast, but you can get some nice profits and decent exp.

Do not range in Karils, unless you need Magic def.
