Where did my varrock armor go?

I lost my varrock armor by some feat, so how do I get another piece of varrock armor, I miss zaff's kind offer of extra battlestaves and access to the wonderful furnace in edgeville.

Vannaka, Reldo, or Rat Burgiss

depending on if you have varrock armor 3,2, or 1 respectively

Aren't you able to talk to any of the three regardless of which armor type you have?

thanks for the help. Rat burgiss gave me my varrock 1 armor back.
