the two mouses i was chosing between is the razer deathadder: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Razer+-+DeathAdder+3500+Gaming+Mouse+-+Black/9508883.p?id=1218116487041&skuId=9508883

and the logitech g500: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Logitech+-+G500+Laser+Gaming+Mouse+-+Black/Silver/9423527.p?id=1218102970726&skuId=9423527

i'd for sure get the deathadder if there was a way to lower the dpi, but i have no idea how / if its even possible.

so which do u think i should get?

I'm not sure about the G500 (I hate names with numbers), but I have the Razer Lachesis, and as far as I know, it's a less ergonomical version of the Death Adder with more DPI, which you probably won't need. To adjust DPI (I presume you want to change your sensitivity in the game with a click), there should be 2 buttons slightly below the mouse wheel for higher end mice (Probably applies to Logitech mice as well, but I don't own a gaming mice made by them).

Ergonomics basically means fitting an item to a person/job. Basically, it reduces/removes the chance of repetitive strain injury. In relation to mice, it would be finding a mouse that fits your hand correctly without needing to stretch across it.

Really a personal preference. For me Deathadder and alike are too flat, i'm using a Saitek GM3200 which is pretty "fat" lol.
