With 22 Million gp, what would a good item for me to flip in the grand exchange be.

Also, can you say the buying price and the selling price and how long it will take for me to both buy and sell them.

you genearly dont just flip one item..you move around. Herblore seconds, dbones, dragon boots, dragon skirts, magic logs, barrows items, rune items, summoning seconds, herbs, pure essence, seeds, dragonhides and gems are all good options. You want something with high demand and supply usually. Avoid items that have been rapidly rising for a longer period of time, and avoid items that are droping more then 1% of there value consistently.
