you genearly dont just flip one item..you move around. Herblore seconds, dbones, dragon boots, dragon skirts, magic logs, barrows items, rune items, summoning seconds, herbs, pure essence, seeds, dragonhides and gems are all good options. You want something with high demand and supply usually. Avoid items that have been rapidly rising for a longer period of time, and avoid items that are droping more then 1% of there value consistently.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts
