You can buy this beer at the bandit camp that gives you a +1 to thieving

Magpies actually boost it by 2 while abyssal lurkers boost it by 4.

Bandit's brew can be bought the Bandit's camp for 650 gp - raises thieving by one

Magpie familiars' scroll ability (Thieving Fingers) - raises thieving by two

Abyssal familiars' scroll ability (Abyssal Stealth) - raises thieving by four

Summer Sq'irk juice - raises thieving by three when consumed

Yellow Spicy Stew (not recommended) - raises or lowers by up to 6 skill levels
