I want to help people with their Ancient Effigies, but I don't want to waste their time and mine if I have exceeded my daily limit. I have two questions:

 

1) Is there a way to dertermine how much of your daily 30,000 limit has been used?

 

2) What time of day does the daily limit reset? If you have an answer for this, please provide the time zone you are referring to.

Yes. On the assist interface it shows how much xp you have gained from other people.

 

You have to go into the assist screen to see if you have exceeded the limit or not, the counter resets in 24 hours, as in real time, the time left being shown below the assist screen if you have ecceeded the limit.
