July 11, 201016 yr Rapier is the best for general use. It's decent in pvp situations and the best for slayer.If you enjoy pvping very much and would prefer a gs over whip, then you should pick maul.Longsword is useful at bandos/sara, but that's about it.

I love the mauls amazing str bonus, but the rapier is fast and has a pretty good str.. Q- Would you rather have maul+ a whip, or rapier+gs? July 11, 201016 yr If all you do is PVP, get the maul. Because you said you're going to do some slaying, you should definitely get the rapier. It's pretty much good for everything. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
