Usually the House Party world - World 31 I believe.

Just note if your looking for a Gilded altar to use, dont't bother going to a certain world to find one you can use. Just look on the RSOF under events for someone who is letting players use theirs and go that world.

I tried the RSOF thread, and it was crap when I tried it, since I would find someone posting they had theirs open, but they wouldn't be online.

I've always found it faster to just go to the "Houses w31" cc (I think that's the name) and ask the people there where to go for an altar.
