Demon's Souls (PS3)

I'm gonna buy Demon's Souls, but i am wondering: How is the multiplayer option? Is it fun or do you grow tired of it? Anyone who can tell?

Multiplayer is a pretty original way or doing it. The way you actually play with other people is through these stones. With a blue stone you can help another person with a dungeon and with a black stone (IIRC, been a bit since I've played) you can go attack other people in dungeons.

 

I don't know the specifics about teaming up with other people (I played solo and ganked) but I think it's pretty easy to roll with a friend.

 

 

The game is a lot of fun though expect to be frustrated at its difficulty.

It's got to be one of the most rage-inducing games I've ever played... well second most, I'd say. DotA takes the cake, if only for the sheer anger it inspires in everybody.

 

But yeah, I broke a couple of fingers as a byproduct of playing this game a weekish ago, so yeah. ;P

 

It's a good feeling when you do something properly and don't get smooshed, though. I didn't really pay too much attention to the whole stone aspect, so I can't really comment on that, unfortunately. D:

Haha yeah, HoN probably produces the most rage out of me (DoTA "remake").

 

But yeah there is no other feeling quite like beating a difficult world of tough boss.

My friend loves the game, he never stops talking about it.

 

From what I've heard, it's a very good game, but very difficult. Challenging indeed.

 

But the PvP aspect of it is very original and cool.
