Water Fiends

Soooo its kind of a first date thing with water fiends, never been to them before but i've heard they like to be crushed. What would be the best weapon i can buy for 2mil at most that will help me kill them.

You could try to borrow a ZS or SS for 1-2 hours. Won't cost more than 100k at peak times.

As someone who hates paying to borrow things, I would recommend at least buying Torag's hammers (100K) or Verac's flail (200k), until you save enough a zamorakian spear. I've also heard that ancient staff + rune defender can work, but I haven't personally tried it.

Yes its better than any of the barrows items. If you can't afford a ZS just skip the task (assuming it is a task).

You could also range the task. It costs maybe 100k total? I just take 5-7 ppots and rest monks with 4 spaces free. Tank the damage until they stop attacking you, then just safespot. It takes a little longer this way, but its pretty cheap, and I like to range :mrgreen:

Try very hard to bum a zs/ss off a friend. It makes a world of difference.

Thanks all, I'm going to try to bum off a spear for a bit and if i cant finish i'll just buy hammers or use anchor or something :mrgreen:
