123 Combat being 100% F2P

 

 

Well, I been playing Runescape on this account since 2006. I had a main which I played on since around 2003. The main was level 124 & pure f2p. My original goals for this account were 40 attack 99str 40def 91hp. I reached 89str with 40 attack, but then I decided to get 80 atk and so I did. This account was originally a F2P Rune Pure - and it owned anyone around my level (you will see later on in the screenshots :P). When my main got banned, I decided to stay as a pure. I tried it, but people always ran or teled from me or declined to fight (they looked me up). It was impossible to even fight anyone around my level. I have quit several times on this account - so the progress wasn't as fast as I had liked. I would had reached 123 combat long ago if I hadn't had quit.. but oh well. So I decided to train for 123 combat - as a pure f2per.

Combat level: 111

I'm not much of a skiller, as you can see. My range and magic used to both be level 1 but exp rewards from quests made them lvl 2 & 4 >.<.

 

These are my old stats. Back when I was a F2P Rune Pure:

 

My goals are the following.. in my planned order:

 

- 99 attack

- 99 defense

 

- 99 range

 

- 74 prayer

I did some calculations... and I will need 69,218 big bones to level from 44 prayer to 74. This equals to 19,381,040 exp. I'm unsure if I should kill Ice Giants from 80 to 99 defense (puts away 11m of that 19m) and then do range for the other 8m of exp.. if I did it this way, getting 99 defense would take a lot longer than by training at flesh crawlers. Blah, I think I'm gonna do 99 defense at flesh crawlers, and do 19m of range exp at ice giants.

 

99 attack I'm almost there. 99 defense should be the same as Attack. After I reach those two, I should already have 99 hp. Which will make me 118 F2P Combat. Then I have to do range from 60-99 at Ice Giants in order to get 74 prayer.

Well it's currently 5:26AM as I write this. I gained a lot of exp from yesterday through "today", lol. Even tho it's super early. Uh, I think it was around 631k exp.. a lot for a pure f2per =]. Anyways, 96atk by the end of tomorrow =].

Planning to at least do 500k of Attack exp. Although I wanna reach 95 Attack by the end of "today". I have 744k exp left. If my calculations are correct, it will take me 16 hours of solid training. Which means 1-2 days =]. Update:

Well, I think I did about 521k of exp in Attack.. in a single day :D. I will be getting 95 attack tomorrow July 18th. I'm 91k from 94 Hitpoints (still HP to me, not LP :)) so I will be getting 94hp too. 95 atk & 94hp will make me lvl 112!

Hmm, nothing much. Trained for many long hours. Achieved 603k exp in Attack in a single "day" :).

 

 

Questions that I'm frequently asked (or will be anyway :P).

 

How much exp per hour do you get at flesh crawlers?

The exp/hour a player obtains depends on many factors such as: amount of people, are the monsters aggro, monsters level, your levels, ect. Anyhow, I average at 46k/hour. Back when I was a pure I made like 34k/hour.. I dunno how or why it increase but I know it has lol.. weird stuff.

 

Why not train at Giant Spiders?

Last time I chcked them was on my maxed ex-main.. they were good but even then (early 2008) it was crowded. I couldn't imagine now. Sooo, I'm sticking to flesh crawlers. I been training here so long that I'm used to this.. place :).
