Whats the Best way to get there?

 

Fishing Level is 87

For speed, heavy rod fishing, dropping fish between casts.

 

For near zero concentration, and 'okay' cash, monkfish to 90, then rocktails.

Heavy rod fishing. Alternately, rocktails.

Heavy rod w/ high alch, as alching does not stop the fishing process.

 

This till 90, then do Rocktails, unless you want profit from fishing, in which case do Cavefish till 90 and Rocktails to 99.

 

Though your sig is F2P... if you're F2P, fly fishing + dropping with mousekeys at Barb Vill, or for profit fishing lobs on Karamja and getting them noted.

I'd do monks till 90 if I were you, not much concentration needed and decent cash :P Then obviously, Rocktails! Or you could try fly-fishing in Shilo, there's good experience to be had there and you have a bank right beside the spot :)
