I made it in a trial version of PSP 8. got the font off somewhere. Found the BG. Cropped the BG, eventually got the font to work. And made it.

How do I make banners and transparency?

Transparencys- you said your using paint shop pro, sorry i only know how to do transparencys in photoshop.

not banner, erm I mean the thing that goes around it, WTF I forgot what it's called.

In paintshop pro, i believe, its under the 'image' category.

 

 

 

Just click there, then create border, normally borders are 1 px, meaning change all the numbers to 1.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the color applied will be the color chosen on the color toolbar thing, normally located to the right of the screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think its under the category 'image' but im not 100% sure.

 

 

 

Cant check for you eithor, cause im not on my computer.

its not your own work create a black background use the type tool and select a good font and select the same green color just basicly type random 1's and 0's then put an outer glow on them under layer styles and lower the opacity to like 80% then take the type tool again and type your name then press ctrl+shift+n then press ctrl+a then with the marquee tool right click and select stroke choose 1 px black

matrix style is easy if u have the right tools. and thats not paint sorry but thats adobe. or another program.

its ok but since its not your own work i cant give you much credit for it
