World
Hey guys, i'm trying to achieve a couple of goals here and I was wondering how I would go about it. I haven't played runescape in a while btw just got back into it about a couple of months ago and became member for the first time too. i got 66 construction and i'm going for 75 now. My prayer is only 60 and i want to improve it to level 75. Now i understand i can make altars in my house and I was told i can light the lamps or something in order to get more prayer experience somehow, can someone enlighten me more on this i'm a tad bit confused. And i was wondering what the approximate cost would be of all this? I'd be buying the dragon bones by the way, I'm a bit lazy to kill and bank. And my budget is somewhere between 80M-90M
JohnTheCop
60-70 pray cost apox 10.5-11m if you use a gilded alter. useing sacred clay hammers you could probably get 75 con in under 10mill easy if you do oak larders "Happiness depends more on the inward disposition of mind than on outward circumstances."Benjamin Franklin "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."Albert Einstein
crashNburn
If you're getting 75 con specifically for a gilded altar, you can get away with 69 (+3 from the best POH tea, and +3 from a crystal saw). A gilded altar increases exp from bones by 250%, you can get an additional 50% from each lit burner. At a bank fill the best BoB you can summon with bones, withdraw 2 clean marrentil, then tele to your house with a tab. You light the burners, burn all the bones, and either use a duelling ring or mounted glory to tele back to a bank. And thanks for the estimations! If you're getting 75 con specifically for a gilded altar, you can get away with 69 (+3 from the best POH tea, and +3 from a crystal saw). For the teleports what I did was just buy 500 house tele's and 500 Fally tele's, then i just walk the short distance. Do i just light the burner with a tinderbox? And is the gilded altar the best? If there's a better one i'll get to that first before i train my prayer.
crashNburn
Yeah a gilded altar is the best, and yeah you need a tinderbox (forgot to mention that). A BoB is a beast of burden, they can carry stuff for you, and it's quite useful. I'd suggest using duelling rings if you're not going to use a mounted glory, makes things much faster, saves an inv spot, and is much cheaper than fally tabs.
