Driver Problem, How do I solve it

Featured Replies

I am having trouble logging onto RS, it tries to load then I just get a black screen, then it says my drivers has been reset and when I click to accept the new setting it stalls again, and I have to close AOL and start again. And the same thing happens over and over.

I'm afraid I can't offer anything except basic ideas, but that's why you post in the forum mentioned above.

First of all, is it just AOL? Try Firefox, IE, Chrome?

Try updating Java. For 80% of my RS problems, that's all I gotta do.

Try rebooting your computer.

Try ending extraneous processes.

Try changing the priority of Java to "very high" or "highest" and see what happens.
