Where to get 99 defence?

I'm wondering where I should raise my defence to 99, whilst making decent money and preferably getting charms; I've been at abyssals for a while and I don't know if that's the best spot (not too interested in green dragons either, as a lot of people seem to bot there)

 

(completed most quests if that's an issue for an area)

 

Tips and advice on a good gold/xp area, would be greatly appreciated

I find changing task sometimes puts me off going back to train; but I'll think about it

Dust devils would be decent, you could also try chinning nechs in long-fuse style to give def exp.

When i got 99 def, i used sc helmets from 96-99 and it didn't take that long, a little less than a week. It's doubled exp for about 30k exp, but you have to spend time in the minigame to get them obviously..but when you actually go to train, time flys by in exp at armored zombies. And i made a very nice profit from the drops too

Considering your stats I dont really understand. Your 92 slayer... are you just bored of it or something?

 

Blue dragons could work too for money at least.

Ghostly Warriors. They are low defence, good HP, don't do much damage, 250k per hour loot and drop the occasional Spirit Shield. Also, good experience per hour.

blue dragons are good money and poor exp, the balance is ok as the money made can be used for other things and free prayer exp is always welcomed, possibly also free crafting exp.
