Need a guilded alter

I want a guilded alter so i can train prayer (currently 46). So i guess i need 75 construction, are oak larders still best xp? can anyone give me any tips for this method or any other? is it best to use a BoB or use a butler of some sort. kinda never really trained construction consistantly. Thanks

You could always go to world 31 and find another persons altar. Bring your own marrens though, because people don't usually keep them lit.

Yep, oak larders are the way to go. You can use Stealing Creation hammers which give you 2x bonus xp, which save money+time (although these wont work on double xp). Get your butler to get 24 oak planks out of the bank, make 2 oak larders, send him to get more, make and remove the last oak larder, rinse and repeat. Don't use a BoB, you're using a butler instead. Use a demon butler if you can, if not just use the highest level butler you can.

 

You could just join the cc 'housesw31' which is full of people who are willing to lend their gilded alter.

 

EDIT: from 46 con, you could get to 69 con and then use tea+crystal saw. You would use 10002 oak planks costing 6.4m

Go to the house party world and use the yaniell portal. People usualy advertise who has a an altar for use, and 90% of the time the burners are kept lit.

Thank you i will raise my construction to maybe 50 but i think my goal of a guilded alter is far away. Ill check out a party house world instead.

Also, just so you know, you can't have familiars summoned in your house if it's in building mode, so you have to use the butler to fetch extra planks (Even if you were using a BoB, you'd still have to bank).
