Although it varies I had 1 pizza, 3 swordfish, 2 lobsters and 1 tuna which was around 800HPs worth of food in one space - can't argue with that. You can simply home teleport before the war, grab it and tele up to BH. Having said all that, I've been using them for the past few fights - I haven't been piled where I need to tank to 0 food - but each time I've tanked them off or shaken some snipers, I've totally forgotten about it lol.
