As has been stated the rule is one click, one action so what your mouse does isn't allowed and would probably get you banned for macroing or whatever else it falls under. So yea, if you don't know how to disable it you're probably safer using another mouse :P

Is it against the rules? Maybe, probably.

 

Will it get you banned? PROBABLY NOT.
