I know its possible to do magic while fishing and mining, but i was wondering about doing fletching while cooking lobs? mainly fletching brod bolts?

It's possible as there is actually no delay for cooking, but it would require ridiculous amounts of clicking, so it's not reasonably possible. The skills for which it is reasonably possible are mining, woodcutting and fishing, though there might be some more.

I've been wondering the same thing, is fletching also possible while smelting/mining concentrated rocks & superheating.

Im not sure i follow. Im not really sure how the whole thing works in the first place, so i dont really understand this statement.

perhaps there exist spells that do not interrupt cooking?

superheat seems like a possible candidate.

 

I'd say string amulet + bake pie, but the simultaneous training ability of those were nerfed several months ago

For cooking, the fastest cooking xp can be gained if you click on food-click on fire/range-click to cook one- this specific action takes exactly one game tick(0,6 seconds), and if you are fast enough, you would be able to cook up to 5000+ food an hour, or, cook food at the same time as fletching(fletch 10 bolts for every food item), though it'd take enormous amounts of clicking, but otherwise, no, it's not possible to use cook-x and fletch while cooking, though, as said, it might be possible to use magic spells to cook and fletch at the same time(might).
