Thanks,SacredFlam3s They can be thieved from a bird in the desert, near the cave entrance where the eagle transport system is. This is just east of the Shantay. I suggest taking a waterskin. September 19, 201015 yr The Phoenix's Lair D&D Gives you Phoenix quills, which are used in the summoning skill. Phoenix feathers, used for super antifires, can be found by pickpocketing the Desert Phoenix running around near the mine northwest of Uzer, north in the Kharidian desert.
