SpikeStr1ke
Hello Tifer's, Im really looking to get 80 hunter so i can start catching barehanded butterflys and i was wondering what the best way to do this is. So here are my two main questions: 1. What is the fastest way to get from 74 to 80? & 2. How much exp per hour is it? Also i plan to use Arctic Bear familiars and i have polar camo's and the Sabretooth Kyatt Gear if that makes ant diffrence.
Wingless
When I did Hunter, I did Red Salamanders to 80 Hunter. I can't remember exactly how much EXP it is per hour, but it certainly was fast. Although, this was before Barehanded Buttterflies, so there might be a different way. Although, I'd recommend Red Salamanders for now.
Octarine
Well, im in basically the same situation as you, and red sallys are great and all but always too crowded. I tried hunting penguins (using net trap) earlier for my 74-75, and got a decent xp rate of about 60k/hr without arctic bear, so that might be worth a shot. You need to have done Hunt for the red raktuber, and I think I couldve been more efficient, but its basically guarenteed uncrowded. Vulxai
Penguins are pretty close to red sallies. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
All_Is_Great
Highly recommend red sallys. If your having trouble finding a world, try and take over one, I know it's not the best thing to do, but hey if people crash others at bosses, why not at red sallys? Octarine
With regard to xp rates, I did an hour of penguins last night and got ~60k/xp an hour without artic bear, and just did an hour of red sallys for 73.9k xp with arctic bear (my hunter is 75)Going back to penguins with the bear now to test again, but seems red sallys are gonna be better, so do penguins only if you really have a problem with people at the salamanders I guess. I know these arent great measurements of xp/hr, but salamanders do seem to be better (the catch rate seems to be higher, and they give more xp anyway) EDIT: 71.75k xp in an hour from penguins with arctic bear. So they seem basically the same Blog of DG, Bossing (mostly Glacors) and stuff - Runetrack Play Safe! - Got useful information for the tip.it website? Post here! All_Is_Great
You seem to be hunting a little slow, I've clocked over 100k exp/hr at red sallys. If your not paying full attention you should switch to penguins b/c your spot will be easily jacked.
