use these stats for the questions. I dont have bandos, extremes, ovls, yaks, etc.

 

1. How much money per hour should I obtain using frost dragons?(with rapier and possibly piety for faster kills, will be using tort., and wont be camping)

 

2. should I use void, karils, or armadyl for waterfiend killing?

Not sure about the frost dragons, but I'd say like 250 dragons?

 

Use void at waterfiends (high magic, and pretty high defence), unless youre on a task obviously.

250 dragons per hour is about 40 more than a maxed setup (bandos, ovl, yak). I'd say 150 max per hour, if you use piety. Definitely piety. With drops at ~23k per dragon, that's almost 3.5m/hr, minus the cannonballs, say 3m actual profit? Make sure to read xpx' guide to killing these.

My melee stats are the exact same as yours, same with prayer and I make about 2m an hour using rapier-full bandos, war tort, and using piety.

Assumiing a 1/6000 visage rate, that's 5k per dragon added. + Rune longswords, herbs etc.
