October 19, 201015 yr For example Ill be able to finish the ardy elite diary soon, but the lamps are unbankable so Id want to wait til I could use the reward on runecrafting, to spend less time working for karamja elite. Im 81 rcing now, but I could stew to 85. The lamp's require 85 or higher in a skill, will boosted stats work, or does it have to be the base level?
October 19, 201015 yr Pretty damn sure it's based off your base level. Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. (At one point.) 2000+ total. 99 Magic.[spoiler=The rest of my sig. You know you wanna see it.]my difinition of noob is i dont like u, either u are better then me or u are worst them meBuying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupineThe only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it. Poignant Purple to Lokie's Ravishing Red and Alg's Brilliant Blue.
October 19, 201015 yr Author Pretty damn sure it's based off your base level. Have you tried yourself or know someone that has? I know it's easy to assume itd be on base level. But it's very difficult to find info like this. Ill be 93 Summoning soon, and I finished all the other tasks already, so hopefully Ill be able to get the elite cape and use my lamps on rcing soon.

October 19, 201015 yr I'm sorry, I don't know for sure either, but Dragonkin Lamps are similar, however you get more XP the higher your level is in the skill they're being applied to, so if boosted levels affected those you would get far more XP and everyone would stew to get a greater amount of XP out of them... Which they don't. So logically no!
October 21, 201015 yr Yep, has to be base level. Tried it with seer elite lamps for rcing and didn't work.
