I strongly recommend learning to use mouskeys to just drop the fish at the spot rather than bothering to sell/bank them. You can find guides here on the Tip.it forum and on youtube.

World 1, trade away all the fish to warriors killing lvl 50 spiders in stronghold of security.

To be frank, I would suggest you just drop the fish. They're worth hardly anything and it's not worth halving your xp/hr or so just to get a few thousand coins.

Well not wrong, just inefficient.

 

Powerfishing would absolutely be the most efficient way to go. If you really want to be efficient, don't even bother fishing lobsters to make up the lost money. There are plenty of better ways to get that money back.
