vettro
So while dungeoneering on W117, everyone is always saying not to kill those dinosaur looking animals because they reduce xp. Is this a fact or some malicious rumor started by PETA advocates? Also, I reached 50 dungeoneering this afternoon and am wondering what the best 2nd bind would be for me? I've heard that shadow hood thing is good but I doubt I'll come across one for a while.
kingbleed
You do not lose exp for killing dinos, and until you come across a shadow silk hood, id advise you bind the best weapon and best platebody you can get.
K4ylan
You do not lose exp, but you don't gain any extra exp from killing them. They also don't count for guardian doors, so unless it drops a high-level hide, don't bother with them at all. ~~~The Harpy List~~~Harpy Facts~~~It's Super Effective~~~The Beginning~~~Harpy Therapy Center~~~Alg~~~Jedi Harpy~~~Rohirrim~~~Attenuation~~~
civie
the only reason you would want to kill a dinosaur is for its bones. they are meant to be trapped for hides.killing MIGHT get you a hide, whilst trapping will get you 2+ hides guaranteed. Quyneax
Bind-wise, you should bind your best platebody (dungsmith cc will help you there) and best 2h with t5+ berserker. If you find a shadowsilk hood, bind it over the platebody. In the unlikely event you find a blood necklace or hexhunter bow, you can bind one of those over the platebody as well. Finally, if you find a surgebox, you should bind that as ammo, unless you find a hexhunter.
