Can anyone make the white parts (the text and the flower) have the rastafarian flag in the background?

 

Like pretty much put the flag, then make the white parts of the flower pic transparent, then put the flower part over the flag part.

I hope you get what I mean.. I'm pretty sure this is kinda simple, but I know nothing of Photoshop anymore... If anyone could do this that would be sweet.

If you don't wanna do this or you don't have time, that's fine... but is there any way you could rotate the flag pic vertically and do it that way? If not that's okay. I would do that but I (again) have no clue how lol.
