Is the korasis sword special more accurate if your magic bonus is higher?

Korasi's spec has no accuracy- it hits no matter what. No attack bonus will have any effect, only strength bonus matters.

It IS however, a magic based attack....I don't know if prayers reduce the damage at all though, all I know is TD's completely protect against it when they protect from magic.
