Quick Question: RC: Multiple Runes

So for Karamja elite I need to craft 56 nats at once. Now that's a 100% chance at 91.

 

However, at 90%, can I get lucky and happen to craft 56 nats at once? If so, roughly what are the odds? What about at 89? Even more importantly, could I complete this task this way?

I would try stewing it, as 56 at once requires you to get ALL 28. So bring an essence familiar, and when you get the boost, clear your inventory of stews, withdraw from the familiar, and craft them then.

Yeah I did the above, it's pretty easy at 86+ rc.

That's what I'm doing. I'm 84 now, pretty close to 85, so I'm fairly close to 86, but RC is RC and if at 90 (boosted) I have a pretty good chance at crafting 56 at once I'd rather do that than put in another 10 hours or so for the 330k xp to 86.

You have about a 60% chance of double crafting an essence at 90 rc, and in order to double craft all 28, the chances are 6.14094221 × 10^-7. So no, not gonna happen :rolleyes:

No. Have you EVER crafted with pouches? I'm going to assume no. If you did, you'd know that you have to take OUT the ess from the pouch BEFORE crafting it; hence it can't be used at the same time as other ess, hence it doesn't help you craft more ess at the same time.

 

More on-topic: play GoP. You really want to. Just a little bit, get one or more nature altar tablets. That way you can stew at a bank, get ess once your ready and teleport to the altar with a familiar with ess in it. Then withdraw the ess from the familiar.
