Regardless, it still does look good.

Definitely not. Integrated text into a tag is much better.

I love the colour scheme, it looks nice.

 

However, I think the 'splatters' on the right look thrown on carelessly. They're right at the front, and look disconnected to the rest of the image.

 

The lighting is also pretty good.
