Jimmyd17 Posted December 1, 2010 Share Posted December 1, 2010 I'd suggest blackjacking volunteers. Trap one and go to town on him. I did it the other day for a couple hours and was getting ~150k an hour. Important thing to note (which oddly some people don't realize...) is you can loot them up to 3 times while their knocked out.
