I'm enjoying the 20 minutes that I've heard so far, even though I've heard the facts before.

I'm just saying.

Don't know who he is or what type of user he is. I'm just asking, even if you are a playboy girl, you ought to interested in your future if you are American (and globally as well).

I am interested in politics. What I heard was rambling. He may have made real points later, but this was a political gesture, not an actual argument.

 

Also, if this is the Senate, I'm pretty sure he has no audience (or a small one) in the chambers.

 

Regardless, it's a shameful tactic and I think it shouldn't be encouraged, no matter what the topic. Look at it this way: If someone got up there and preached about how we should hang anyone who doesn't go to a Christian church once a week for seven hours, you would say it's a waste of government time. He can't seriously have so much to say that he can't clear up his points in an hour. Sure, it takes effort, especially for an old man, but should he really be wasting effort on it?

It's a valid means of protest, sure he should be.
