Bandos is actually, in it's own way, the hardest boss to fight; he has the highest requirements in terms of combat prowess because, ironically, he requires very low stats to technically fight. But I'm pretty sure you like need overlaods/chaotics/turmoil/max melee to solo there effectively... So your still missing turmoil and chaotics. Squab unleashes Megiddo!
