December 27, 201015 yr As far as i understand mage void only increases accuracy of magic attacks, and with the barrows brothers extremely low magic defense its really not needed. I think you would be better off wearing the guthan's armor pieces and bringing extra sharks or dragonhide to wear against karil.

December 27, 201015 yr Yeah, skip the void. Mage with guthans, maging there in melee armour with slayer dart is a very common strategy. D hide for ahrim. I'd recommend something better then steel arrows >_> Actually, a decent way to take down ahrim is with karils crossbow. 400k atm, might be a bit expensive for you... but the advantage is, like with slayer dart, you get lots of bolt racks from the chest. December 27, 201015 yr Your stats aren't high enough to use void effectively, void mage is useless at barrows, and do NOT use steel arrows -- if you can kill level 2 men for money, you should be using rune arrows. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
December 27, 201015 yr Use barrows armour, as long as your magic bonus is over -10, you should be fine. Use rune arrows for ahrim, don't be afraid to use prayer pots too (and use protect prayers). You can try to bring dds and whip for karil, see how that works out (+ a super set perhaps, good for tunnels too). A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!
